Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all of our carriers are taking precautions to ensure the health and well-being of their drivers and our customers.
We assure you that all of our carriers are following government advice and guidelines and that everyone's safety is our priority.
There is currently no impact on our delivery services, but we advise all customers to use their home address for delivery.
Going forward, all carriers will use a contactless delivery service, meaning you won't have to sign for a package to be delivered.
You can view all carrier guidelines and measurements on the designated carrier's website. Emails will be sent after dispatch to confirm delivery information.
We hope you understand and appreciate the measures taken to protect you and ensure that we can continue to operate as normal.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number which will allow you to check the status of your order. Tracking information may take 48 hours to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at Contact@declight.com with your name and order number, and we will review the situation. for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Some carriers have restrictions on shipping to PO boxes. If any of your carriers are part of this group, you should check their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount less shipping costs back.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at Contact@declight.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We will consider this matter on a case-by-case basis,
